Doug has demonstrated over 3 decades of leadership in the automotive and electrical systems sectors. In his current role as Senior Director of Automotive and Heavy Equipment Industries for the Lifecycle Collaboration Software Product Team at Siemens Digital Industries Software, Doug applies a strong drive for strategic innovation and execution. At Siemens and previously at Yazaki North America, Doug has honed his expertise in new business development and Six Sigma, steering teams toward double-digit growth and a commanding position in the automotive market. Doug is committed to fostering advanced vehicle technologies, and motivated by the collaborative culture that thrives on diverse perspectives. Doug holds a Masters in Automotive Engineering (Mechanical focus) from Lawrence Technological University, MAE and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University, BSEE.

Scot Morrison – Vice President of Shift Left Software Product Management – Hardware Assisted Verification
As Vice President of Shift-Left Software Product Management, Scot is responsible for the product management team overseeing virtual platform simulation products, embedded software, system of systems digital twins, SoC architectural analysis, and related tools. Scot has worked in embedded software, system modeling, and controls for more than 30 years. Scot holds a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Aerospace Control Systems from MIT.
